Delete your IGNIFY account
You can delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. Choose the path that fits your situation below.
If you have the IGNIFY app installed
This is the fastest path — confirmation is immediate and you can cancel within 30 days if you change your mind:
- Open the IGNIFY app and sign in.
- Tap your profile → Account.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Read the deletion summary, type DELETE to confirm, and tap the confirm button.
If you can't access the app
If your device is lost, your account is locked, or you no longer have the app installed, send us a deletion request and we'll process it within 30 days.
What if I don't have access to that email inbox either?
Email us from any address at privacy@ignify.us with as much detail as you can (full name on the account, approximate signup date, studio name if you were a member, last four digits of any phone number you used for sign-in). We'll verify your identity before deleting anything.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, email, phone number, and contact details
- Your messages and any media you uploaded
- Your bookings, attendance, and lesson reports about you
- Avatars and any files you uploaded
- Push notification subscriptions and device tokens
- Any connected third-party accounts (Google Calendar, QuickBooks, Square)
- Signed invoices and payment records that studios you paid are required to keep for tax / accounting purposes (typically 7 years under U.S. tax law)
- Anonymized analytics with no identifiers linking back to you
- Records of your deletion request itself (proof we honored your request)
